We wanted to let everyone know that this is MORE than just a blog with recipes and articles. It is your resource for getting the support you want and need to transition into eating the Primal way. Crystal and I have put together an 8 week online course to help you make these changes in the best way we know. We will guide you through preparing your kitchen and family. We will guide you through setting and reaching goals around your food. We will give you our stories, tips, and wisdom on eating primal. We will talk about other concepts like mindful eating, eating out and going to social events, and gratitude meals. We will guide you on how to keep it going for the rest of your life.
